Southeastern Recapitalization Group is an affiliate of Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial of Augusta, Georgia. Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial is an active developer of commercial and residential properties throughout the Southeastern United States and is a member of the Blanchard and Calhoun Family. Blanchard and Calhoun has operated throughout the southeast for more than 90 years and serves as one of the areas largest residential and commercial real estate companies. It has an active mortgage banking company and is one of the areas largest insurance brokerage companies.

Southeastern Recapitalization was formed for the specific purpose of acquiring distressed assets from banks and other sellers strategically located in the existing markets served by Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial. To date, the company maintains a philosophy of providing capital to reenergize the communities that it acquires and strives to provide for an orderly reorganization and turn around of the properties. The company works diligently to establish positive relationships with the various property owners' associations for projects acquired and strives to reinvigorate sales momentum and property values within the acquired communities.
